Fin Consultancy was founded in 2013 by Debbie Wooff, a qualified chartered accountant.
From her extensive experience as Financial Director to SME and founder-owned businesses, and with an early career with blue chip companies, Debbie realised that the right skills and knowledge at the right time is fundamental for all entrepreneurial business to succeed. The challenge the business faces is that it is not easily available, too expensive or comes with its own agenda. Also the ability to invest in the right expertise for a short period or project can be difficult without engaging recruitment consultants.
After experiencing a career break, Debbie realised there was an untapped pool of talented people who have had highly successful careers in their chosen field. These people still want to use their skills and knowledge, but now want to work in a more flexible way.
Fin Consultancy was born from wanting to bring these two groups of people together. We aim to provide entrepreneurial businesses with a pool of talent they can call upon when needed, enabling people who no longer want a corporate life to use their skills and knowledge whilst working in a way that suits their lifestyle.
